Daspletosaurus

Daspletosaurus, a smaller relative of Tyrannosaurus Rex, lived in Canada during the Late Cretaceous Period.

It grew thirty feet (9 m) long and weighed three tons, but that did not slow it down. A fast and ferocious predator, Daspletosaurus hunted large herbivores such as Triceratops.
