It could not stand on its hind legs to reach the tall tree branches, because its front legs were longer than its hind legs. The Brachiosaurus grew sixty feet long (18 m), stood forty feet (12 m) tall, and was heavier than most other dinosaurs at fifty-five tons. It lived during the Late Jurassic Period; fossils of this dinosaur have been found in Algeria, Portugal, Tanzania, and the United States. Notes: IMPORTANT:
